Customers may contact HymnArt within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging where possible. Custom-made, personalized, final sale, or damaged-by-customer items may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
Return Process
To start a return, email contact@hymnart.net with your order number, delivery date, photos when relevant, and the reason for return. We will review the request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
Refunds
